The Clare Valley Wilderness Lodge is used for our 3 and 5 day Clare Valley Wine & Wilderness Trail walks.
Located in the Spring Gully region of the Clare Valley, just 10 minutes from the Clare Township and is used exclusively by The Clare Valley Walk to operate our walking tours.
It is a large stone home which sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 King / Twin rooms, there is a large central lounge with huge fireplace, leather couches, large dinning table and floor the ceiling windows to take in the magnificent views, 2 bedrooms have ensuites.
4 of the bedrooms have ensuites with the 5th bedroom accessing a bathroom across the hall.
The lodge is on 55 acres and borders the Spring Gully Conservation Park. The main native vegetation on the property is the rare Red Stringy Bark which the Conservation Park next door was established to protect back in 1961. There is clean country air, peace and quiet, heaps of Kangaroos and singing Magpies in the mornings, you’ll never want to leave!
